At Advanced Dental Sleep Treatment Center, we don’t just care about helping you get a better night of sleep, we’re also heavily involved in giving back to our community. Dr. Roubal thinks it’s important to give back to organizations that do so much for all of us. Here are some of the organizations he proudly supports with donations.
Angels Among Us
This non-profit charity is dedicating to providing financial support to families battling pediatric cancer. The organization has so far helped over 500 families who are receiving treatment in Nebraska or are Nebraska residents. 29% of families battling pediatric cancer lose homeownership, but with Angels Among Us, many families can avoid that result.
Alzheimer’s Association, NE Chapter
Wounded Warriors Family Support
This Veteran Run, Veteran Founded Charity serves the needs of Combat Wounded Veterans and their families. Their mission is to provide support for families who have been injured, wounded, or killed during combat operations by helping them with caregiver respite, family retreats, veteran training, custom-fitted vehicles for wounded veterans, patriotic gift baskets, and long-term care for wounded veterans with traumatic brain or spinal cord injuries.
Catholic Charities of Omaha
The Catholic Charities of Omaha serves over 80,000 people in need every year by responding to crises including domestic violence, mental health, feeding the hungry, helping those with addiction, and much more.
St. Jude Research Hospital
St. Jude is dedicated to helping children fight illnesses and diseases. They also lead research in children’s medicine. What makes St. Jude most unique is that thanks to donors, no families will ever have to pay for their children’s care with St. Jude.
Siena Francis House
This organization provides emergency overnight shelter to individuals experiencing homelessness. Additionally, they serve food, provide clothing, and also provide case management outreach services. The Siena Francis House also provides medical and mental health services as well as legal assistance to their guests. They provide help to anyone in need, including those typically viewed as “too difficult to serve” including those who struggle with chronic addiction or are mentally ill.
Food Bank for the Heartland
The food bank provides both emergency and supplemental food to those in need in western Iowa and Nebraska. They distribute food to over 600 pantries, schools, emergency shelters, and non-profit partners. They are also the largest food bank in Iowa and Nebraska, serving over 93 counties.
The CUES Fund fully funds three inner-city grade schools including Sacred Heart, Holy Name, and All Saints. These schools serve 600 inner-city students, most of whom are low-income students and families.
